As guidelines change, it will be necessary to utilize a flexible approach through this time. During the Covid pandemic, all existing and new patients may utilize a telehealth visit first to determine if your condition can be helped with consultation, virtual assessment, and exercise prescription. You may schedule here. Your condition, susceptibility to this coronavirus, concerns, and treatment plan will determine whether an in studio visit is necessary and will be scheduled accordingly. There are multiple ways chiropractors can facilitate your health both virtually and in person.
For more information, a letter is available below.
You will have the option of using Zoom, Google Meet, or phone. A phone call will be made to the number on file. Then a link will be sent to join the virtual meeting.
If you are considered high risk for complications or are caring for someone who has or has had signs or symptoms consistent with Covid-19 in the last 3 weeks, please utilize telehealth visits until further recommendations from Bloomington officials and the CDC are available regarding the coronavirus.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

We are certainly dealing with some uncharted water. I wanted to reach out to explain my current policy regarding Covid-19. As a low volume chiropractor, I have the flexibility to adapt to this evolving situation regarding the coronavirus. Two weeks ago while monitoring the developments in Asia and Europe, I started a new service of online consulting and training with this in mind. This will allow for continued treatment until Bloomington officials and the CDC have more concrete recommendations in place. I have had several positive interactions thus far. These telehealth services were provided using Zoom and/or telephone. Both of these options are private and HIPAA compliant.
As of now, Anthem BCBS has implied telehealth is a covered service subject to deductible. I will be submitting billing more frequently to get quick responses on the coverage. Regardless of insurance coverage, the fee for this service will be $30 for 15 minute increments. If you have Anthem BCBS and have met your deductible, your responsibility may be lower.
I pride myself on in person, hands on treatment but am aware of the risks of being an asymptomatic carrier. So, as an option for patients, I will use this time to work on my ability to deliver personalized, effective treatment through skilled virtual assessment, therapeutic exercise, and consultation.
Finally, the current cancellation policy will be suspended during the time this policy is in place.
I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please email any questions to sc@casperchiropractic.com or call: 812-301-2088.
We will get through this, together.
Sincerely,
Steven M Casper, D.C.
